Love my energy level!!
I am usually a complete whimp when it comes to swallowing pills and I haven't had any problems with the WM supplements! The individual packets are convenient and help me stay on track. Astounding & Immediate Changes
I am over sixty years old and have been coping with obesity and diabetes for many years. My college roommate was quite successful in losing weight following the Perricone program. I started in early January of this year and dropped ten pounds fairly quickly. But, I hit a plateau and was concerned whether or not this was the route to go. I'm sure part of my challenge has to do with being insulin dependent and taking other meds. I decided to take the "next step" and purchase Dr. Perricone's thirty day Health & Weight Management supplements with the hope that they would help speed-up my metabolism. I felt that I needed an additional boost. I have been on a daily regimen of vitamins and antioxidants, however, using the Perricone products has convinced me to abandon those forever! I've noticed a significant improvement in my overall health. The swelling in my calves and legs has basically disappeared, along with the accompanying pain and discomfort. Additionally, I was having knee and joint problems, and those are resolving as well. Best of all... the scale finally moved a bit... after only a couple of days! I love the fact that the Perricone program and the supplements help to control my appetite and cravings. (I was a huge binge eater and would consume large quantities of junk food, fast food, pastries, pizza, cheeseburgers, etc.) My blood sugar levels have never been so low and are normalizing beautifully. I have a ton of energy; my skin looks radiant; and I'm feeling emotionally in control of my life instead of leading a life where food was a priority. I am more than excited about these outcomes. I feel like a brand new person! I would definitely recommend these products to others with similar health challenges and situations... especially for seniors.

I am making room in my budget for this
I have used some of Dr. Perricone's skin care products, and loved them. I decided to move in a different direction onto supplements. I cannot express how happy I am with the supplements :) I have a noticeable change in my appetite - I am on Weight Watchers, and am now able to stay well within my "points" limits; I just feel better; my mood is calmer (I don't know why, but it is); and my skin looks great! This is expensive, but I will make room in my finances for this. Kim

I've been taking the Health & Weight Management supplements for just over a week and I can already see a difference in the way I look and feel. Although I haven't lost any weight, which is probably my fault because I haven't been rigorous about following Dr. Perricone's diet plan, I have seen a remarkable improvement in the look of my skin and how I feel. I'm starting to lose some belly fat and my face doesn't seem as puffy. The best part, I have so much more energy and these supplements really do curb my appetite. I was concerned that taking eight pills three times a day would upset my stomach but I am delighted to say that has not been a problem. Plus, I'm getting half of my water requirements just by taking my supplements. Yes, these supplements are expensive but if the improvements I have seen in one week continue, I plan on staying on the Health & Weight Management program until I reach my goal weight. After that, I will probably switch to the Skin & Total Body supplements.

Still Wondering
I have almost lost hope, but still trucking. This product has not helped with weight reduction. It has increased my energy level. I cannot take the multivitamen because it kicks in an allergy. I question whether the cost balances with the benefit; and also whether I might be able to receive a similar result at far less cost in a competitive product.

Don't know what you have until it's gone
I was very faithful in taking these supplements. I had finally included them in my daily routine. I did not notice any changes, subtle changes are usually like that. Then one day my friend saw these on my counter and said "Is this what you take to keep you looking so good?" Then it hit me, I guess they are working. I've been off of the supplements for a while now. I was taking a break and I can see the difference, my skin has lost it's luster. The only downfall I have with these supplements, are the quanity. I get tired of taking 24 tablets a day. It becomes old real quick. Other than that, I'm reordering another box. I want my luster back!

I was hopefully the supplements would assist my ever long journey in losing the last 10-15 stubborn pounds. No go! Here is the upshot for my [$]investment. Noticed suppliments cleared my mild adult acne (in combination w/ Perricone acne wash and toner). Results where not overnight, but noticed my face just glowing witin 3 weeks time. I also more or less followed the Perricone acne diet to clear my skin. furthermore, my appetite was supressed for sweets in particular in the late afternoon. Did not disappear in total, but a great help. Was this worth the investment? I don't know?? I couldn't digest the large 'green' multi-vitamin--had to cut in several pieces, very difficult to swollow. I believe I will give the overall health vitamins a try. Afterall my body must be needing some of these nutrients, otherwise my mild acne wouldn't have cleared. BOTTOM LINE: Hope your body chemistry will respond to these suppliments to lose weight. You can't always get what you want, buy maybe you can get what you need. (Yes, I stole this line from Mick Jagger).

Wanting a noticable change
I have taken numerous supplements over the years with not great result. It was probably that I was not compliant. The easy packets have helped me correct this issue. I was compliant in my first month. I have not noticed a weight change, but my fingernails are amazing. I work in the garden daily and these nails are so strong. In the past, my nails were paper thin and I would peel them. Now I can dig in the dirt with them! So, given the price, I was disappointed not to see a wt loss change, but clearly my body was deficient in some nutrients. I may reorder.
