I’ve been taking these on the regimen 3X daily. My skin has cleared up, my hair has gotten more shiny, my joints feel better, and I feel like these are helping my over all health. Normally when I would take Omega 3 supplements I would get the dreaded “Fishy indignation” NOT WITH THESE! In fact there is no after taste at all. I have tasted the pill I mean I wouldn’t recommend it but if you do it has an almost pleasant lemon taste. If you’re looking to start taking an Omega 3 supplement I definitely recommend these. I don’t think I’ll ever go to another brand for mine.
