Wonderful Product
I'm 48yrs of age and use Skin & Total Body twice a day, (2) packs. I originally went to [@] to stock up on my Murad supplements, until the [@] salesperson suggested I try Dr. Perricones supplement Skin & Total Body. It truly has worked wonders and is now a staple in my beauty regimen. This product has eliminated my Optical migraines (Auras), I didn't realize this until I stopped taking this product for 2 weeks. I hope this product never discontinues, because this product is a lot healthier than taking migraine meds. Oh, and my skin is absolutely glowing.

Looking youthful at 42!

Great for Skin, Joints, and Energy
This is a great product if you have sensitive skin that doesn't do well with topical skin remedies and beauty products. These vitamins address the skin from the inside out. I have been taking the total body supplements for a little over a month and have noticed remarkable improvement in my skin texture and appearance. My thyroid doctor even commented on how much better my skin looks. I take only one pack a day because two made me too wired at night. I also found this product has really helped with stiff joints. While this product is pricey, I figured I probably paid the same amount in total for the supplements I was taking. At least with these, I don't have a bunch of bottles to open. I'm still waiting to see if it helps with my hair.

Lots of Energy!
I did not know what I was lacking until I started taking Skin&Total Body. Before I was sitting on the couch watching TV. After about one week I am cleaning the house, weeding the yard, visiting. I have purchased many different products from Dr. Perricone MD, and most I have been satisfied even more then satisfied with the results. I have to say that this product did not deliver what I expected. Most of the reviews were positive, but I did not see much of a difference either in the way I felt or the look of my skin, pluse ALL THOSE PILLS. [...] once is enough. This product is not worth the price, I can get the same results with a much cheaper product bought a a vitamin store.

Can't-Live-Without product
I am not really a supplement kind of person as I eat a really healthy, well-balanced diet. However, since becoming more of a vegetarian, I find I am lacking some nutrients and therefore decided to take these based on all the great reviews. I began using them in September 2010 and have used them ever since. I cannot tell you how much my energy and over-all mood has changed since using these supplements. I have been taking these supplements for 3 months now. My skin is clearer & has a youthful glow. My nails are growing & are so strong, no more splitting. My hair is growing & super shiny & healthy. My weight loss seems effortless. They are easy on the stomach No fishy taste. I take as recommended 2 packets a day & I have added some extra Perricone MD supplements as well. Superior Supplement!
I used to suffer from migraines. I tried many brands of supplements, watched what I ate, made sure to sleep enough etc. Nothing seemed to work. After taking the S&T Body for 1 month I noticed a reduction in the frequency of my migraines. I can only guess they have something my body needed, that no other supplement had been able to provide. It's been over a year now, and after faithfully taking the S&T Body...my migraines have become a rare occurrence!
