I love this product as well as all the Perricone producs. I started using the Parricone Ideas of health before he even had his own line. By Boyfriend Dr. Perricone on KPBS many, many years ago and called me in the room to listed. I have tried the 28 day diet which for 7 years became my way of life and have used the skin products and love,love, love the vitamins. EVEN IF YOU ONLY TAKE 1 PACKET A DAY YOU WILL ALWAYS FEEL YOUR BEST!!!!!!

One packet of Supplements to address every concern !
I was first introduced to Perricone in 2006 by a very dear friend. Love the skincare! Later in 2010 another friend gave me a box of the total skin and body to try. It addressed my energy levels, my mood was elevated, my hair and nails, eyebrows and eyelashes grow out of control, I have to cut my hair every week and trim my brows every 10 days. Besides all of that, my skin started to have more suppleness, my immune system improved, as I work directly with the public and had often gotten Ill before. I was able to drop 65 lbs by taking these and changing the way I ate, to a more anti-inflammatory diet over the course of 2 years, and keep it off. There is not enough room to say all the great things these supplements have done for me. All I know is I won't go a day without them. They truly are an all in one daily vitamin and supplement.

These are the only supplements that I can truly tell the difference in the quality of my skin, nails, and hair when I take them. Cant live wiothout them
I've been taking the total health and wellbeing supplements on and off now for about 5 years. And I maintain a very healthy diet and lifestyle. I don't normally write reviews but for anyone who is interested , This is what happens when I start taking 1 sachet per day, ( I notice a change within the first 4-5 days) - Like a well-oiled machine I bounce out of bed each morning. - I develop elephant memory - I can think clearly, and organise my thoughts - My hair becomes lustrous - My skin becomes supple - Stronger nails - My energy levels are boundless - I become more proficient at my job, My concentration levels improve, my mind is sharp, I astound my colleagues with the level of detail I remember - I become a mad woman cleaning the house from top to bottom , & still have energy for exercises, shop, come home cook dinner for my family and clean up afterwards, read books , wash and vacuum the car , check oil, and tyres, mow the lawn, part time studies, talk , play, pay my bills, tidy up paper work, scrub the shower & toilet & bathtub...all in one day ! - My joints are more flexible and I can stretch and bend without a hitch or pulling a muscle - Like the energizer bunny I just keep going... However when I stop taking them ( 1 sachet per day ) .. About 4-5 days later this is what happens I basically turn into the walking dead. & just barley function. I come home from work and sit on the couch, and can't even been bothered making a meal, and leave everyone to fend for themselves. My energy level drops, and I struggle to get out of bed. I feel tired most of the time Stiff joints, my hair becomes dry and brittle, frizzy and basically lifeless. my skin loses its suppleness, and that " glow " I become forgetful , vague, & grumpy. Wake up in the morning my mind is " cloudy" Like a rusty old car with flat tyres, no fuel & no "spark" left I have tried purchasing other brands, but they just don't compare . I will definitely continue taking them. I would definitely recommend to at least give them a try
