Needed a bit longer to review!
I think so far, it's working well. I think some campaigns need to have a little longer time to review when using something like this. It's fading some dark spots on my face, I imagine it will continue working. It hasn't broken me out. My skin seems to agree with this brand, thank God. My skin has been finicky since I hit my 40s. Good packaging with this brand, too. I really have been buying more products by these guys. If I'm able to update later, I will. So far, so good.

Acne scars WHO??
I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I wanted to try this vitamin C serum mainly for my uneven skin tone and acne scars. I've been using it daily for over 3 weeks now and have seen a definite improvement in my skin texture, the evenness of my skin tone, and the appearance of my acne scars. I've tried all kinds Of products for my scars especially and nothing has worked like this has. The difference it has made in just over 3 weeks blows my mind. I would have absolutely no problem dropping $70 more dollars to keep this going, but At this rate they may even be completely gone just by the time I finish one bottle!

Skin is smoother, but dark spots still same
I used this product once a day for two weeks on areas that had age spots. I did not notice any lightening of the dark spots but the skin seemed to be smoother, reduction in fine lines and overall healthier in appearance. I will continue using to see if dark spots may just need longer term use.

Unfortunately this did not work for me
I am still giving this 3 stars even though it did not work for me. Not all products work for every person, so leaving a negative review is not justifiable to me. and I would still most likely recommend to a friend to try because Perricone is a great product overall. I did receive this product for free in exchange for writing this review. The product is so silky smooth and smells great! Easy, peasy to apply and dries in little to no time and doesn't feel sticky. I would have loved for this to work for me. I hate these dark spots that I have. Age spots, sun spots, either way they are not attractive at all. Maybe it will work for you, maybe it won't. You won't know if you don't try it, right?

I am a convert
A little goes a very long way. I love that it's lightweight and non-greasy. I use it morning and evening. My dark spots have improved quite a bit. It also brightens and evens out my skin, which is important for anti-aging. I love that it reduces dark spots and minimizes lines. Not sticky and absorbs into the skin quickly. Give it time and your patience will pay off big-time.

This is such a nice product
I love that you can use this all over your body. It helps with age spots and pigmentation. It feels so nice on the skin with a light citrus smell. It has three different forms of vitamin c and gives good results. I also helps with scarring.

Perricone MD Vitamin C Dark Spot Treatment
Used this to treat dark spots. Scent is light orange and nice. Unfortunately it blocked my pores and created some breakouts. Don't usually have this issue so I stopped using the product and the clogged pores and breakout ceased so I began using again and the same issue started over. Was really excited to see the results of this but could not continue with this as the breakouts were too bad.

It really works
I have used this for almost two weeks, and am noticing some drastic lighting, fading my dark spots. Used on my face, and hands to start, now on my neck. I have tried to use twice a day, but sometimes forgot in the morning. So the fact that I see the difference is really impressive. I'll keep using it, and I think it's a keeper. I will buy again.

I saw improvement
I used the product every night before bed and in the morning under my make up. Over the course of a few weeks I started to see an improvement in my dark spots. They were starting to fade. This makes me happy!!!
