Not sure
I've been using the Perricone MD Intesive Dark Spot Treatment religiously since I received it but I don't think enough time has gone by to see any results. I will keep using it to see if it makes any difference. I have two spots in particular that I'm targeting; one on my face and one on my hand. So far they look the same as when I started 3 weeks ago. As far as the rest of the review, I can say that while I like the idea of a pump dispenser, it releases too much product if I'm not careful. The serum leaves my skin feeling sticky. I have found that I can solve that by applying a moisturizer over top. I will keep using it until the bottle is gone. Hopefully I see some results!

I would definitely buy this product again and again!!!!
I received a full size product as a sample for free. It does what it says it is supposed to do. I have been using this product for the past few weeks and I can tell that the dark circles on my chest area as well as some spots on my face have either lightened or disappeared all together. It has a slight scent to it which is ok. It is light weight and goes on nice and smooth. I use it day and night as part of my normal skin routine. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Surprising
I have some hefty brown age spots! And I really did not expect much in the way of improvements. Light serum with pleasant scent. After two weeks of use there is a noticeable brightening and lightening around the largest brown spot.

A VERY GOOD PRODUCT
I have used two times a day the product for about two weeks, I have sensitive skin with some pigmentation patches on my face and some more on my hands that I had for several years, this is my experience using the Perricone MD Intensive Dark Spot Treatment, when I applied the product, the formula feels lightweight, very easy to blend, absorbs quickly and the light fragrance does not bother at all, I have notice the product has lighten the spots a little, but it has been only two weeks, that is what is positive and makes me want to continue using it, I can see that the spots on my hands has lighten more than the ones on my face, My skin feels moisturized and smoother and that is a great achievement . What I like the most is that the product does not irritate or burn my skin as other products does, and that is super good for me, This product has helped me more than others I have tried before and because of this, I will continue using it and of course, I totally recommend it to anyone who has the same issues as me.

This is a necessity for anyone with dark spots.
I really love this product and what I truly love is that I've actually seen the difference in my skin after a few weeks. It's lightweight and a little bit goes a long way. I highly recommend this to anyone who experiences dark spots.

Works, albeit slowly
This was easy to use and I did so consistently. I noticed my dark spots lightened, but not as quickly or noticeably as I would have liked.

I would not put this on my list of must haves.
I used the product morning and night on my clean dry face only on the area that needed the serum. Once it was dry, I would apply a moisturizer lightly. The treatment serum had a sticky texture when first applied. Lighter spots did the best at disappearing, but the darker spots didn't do much with the treatment serum over a period of 18 days.

A slight difference
I first want to say that I do love Perricone MD products. I have used others prior to this one. It does have a fragrance to it but not too overwhelming. I would use this at night because when it dries, it leaves a sticky residue and hard to cover with makeup, so I used only at night, but then it would stick to my pillow case, so that part wasn't great. I would say there may have been an overall brightness to my skin, but did not diminish my dark spots in this 2 weeks time. Maybe with more time, it just may lighten them up some. I think a crucial indredient that is missing to actually help with dark spots is Hydroquinone. I use another product that does have hydroquinone in it, and it makes a difference with more noticable results to my dark spots.

I received this product for free as a promotion in return for my honest review. I have been using this product every night before bed on my face, chest and backs of hands. There is a fairly strong citrus scent at first application, but this dissipates quickly. It's a very slippery feel, not thick at all. I have already noticed the dark patches around my jawline fading after just a few weeks. I have Melasma, so this is very exciting. The spots on my chest are fading as well. The backs of my hands are better, but they seem to be a bit more stubborn. I can tell that with continues use as part of my everyday routine, the spots should be gone completely.

Greatly Revitalizing Skin Treatment!
I was offered a sample of Perricone MD Vitamin C Ester Intensive Dark Spot Treatment to try and review at no cost from #BzzAgent. The product has a lovely and vibrant citrus scent and silky smooth texture. Immediately after applying the product, my skin feels slightly warm and appears a light reddish hue, which makes me realize the product is working. That effect dissipates quickly. I would recommend this product to friends and family, as it brightened my skin and made it feel smoother, my skin tone appeared more even, and my dark spots and freckles seemed to be lighter.
