Radiance and Smoothness with Perricone MD Vitamin C
Perricone MD CCC + Ferulic Brightening Complex 20% is a great vitamin C serum with a medium viscosity/ thickness. This formula contains tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate which is a highly stable form of vitamin C that is fat soluble and some researchers believe this form of vitamin C may be able to penetrate the skin better and more deeply than other forms of topical vitamin C. I've used a few Vitamin C serums in the past and am used to the natural scent which is a little smoky and doesn't bother me at all. In my opinion, the unique scent is well worth the benefits of using vitamin C serums such as this one! Plus, it dissipates quickly, especially when layering skincare products. I've used this serum consistently for almost two weeks and have noticed a slight improvement in my skin tones evenness. A couple of dark spots from my "maskne" have begun to fade a little and are looking lighter. My skin looks plump and hydrated. I am looking forward to seeing more improvement over time and feel good about using Perricone MD in my daily routine! This formula works well with my daily moisturizers and I haven't had any problems layering products as I normally do. Loving My Skin!
This is a lightweight serum with a light citrus scent. I received a complimentary bottle of this product from Influenster for testing purposes and have been using it for a few week. I am loving the way my skin looks. My skin looks overall healtier, hydrated, tighter and just brighter in general. This is a great Vitamin C serum and my skin loves to drink it in. I am even noticing my dark spots lightening and hope that continues with repeated use.

When I received this product I was very excited to try this CCC+ Ferulic Brightening Complex. I had no real expectations of the product as I've never tried anything like this before. The smell was good, like cinnamon. The serum was thick and a little tacky to work with but not in an off-putting way. My skin definitely feels brighter and more even textured. Looking forward to the next couple of weeks to see a difference.

Works well but smell is odd!
There are pros and cons so hear me out. I do not like being negative, but I will start with that first. Bluntly, the smell is odd. I did not like it at all at first. If I am going to put something on my face I want it to smell good. That being said after you get over the initial smell it does have a citrus smell that is not too offensive. In other words, I got over it. It was definitely worth it. This product feels like dewey satin on your skin. It is definitely moisturizing and nourishing. I actually really like the product and how it makes my skin feel. It feels like a high quality product.

It's a another Perricone KEEPER!
Come on, we've all been there, bought into the newest/latest/greatest in the search for the fountain of youth/perfect skin, right? Only to feel foolish a month later when you still have the exact SAME skin minus the money wasted? Sound familiar? When I received Perricone MD Vitamin CCC+ Ferulic Brightening Complex 20%, I was skeptical because after pregnancy/hormones/a certain stage in life, things start to appear on your face that you were NOT born with and it's annoying! I've tried a LOT of serums/lotions & potions to help with uneven patches/ tone, thus I was doubtful??. After almost two weeks of using this serum on one half of my face as a test, I really DO like it! I've noticed in the morning that the test half of my face seems brighter, has more of a 'glow' than the untouched side, and pores appear smaller????. It's a combo serum/light lotion, it's almost mattifying (helpful for my oily T-zone), love the brown glass bottle and I gave 4 stars due to the smell, which I think is a cross between orange/cloves/Pledge. The RESULTS will keep me using it however if you're sensitive to smell, be aware that it does exist in this product.

Did not agree with my skin
I wanted to love this but it just didn't agree with my skin. I use vitamin C products regularly but this one broke me out badly which I've never had happen with Vit C products. It's nice and light weight with a light fragrance. It did leave my face a bit tacky but not as badly as some other products. It's too soon to tell a difference in my hyperpigmentation and given how badly my skin has reacted I'll have to call it quits.

my new favorite Vitamin C serum
I just love this Serum. It really brightened my skin and it feels so soft and rich when you apply it. I have used 3 other high end brands of vitamin C serum but none works as well as this one. I have a new favorite!! I received this in a Voxbox to review and am so glad that I did! 5 stars!

It's OK, no difference in skin texture
I received this product complimentary from Influenster for my honest review. Regarding Packaging: As always, it's so high end with the thick frosted brown bottle. Although I wish there was cap instead of the stopper that you put below the pump so you don't accidentally pump the product out. Not sure if this will stay in place while traveling. [update: I took this product with me on a 4-day camping trip and it was fine. The stopper worked as intended and there was no leak or accidental pump while traveling although this product stayed upright in my travel case] Regarding Consistency: This is a white thicker serum and it goes on my skin very well. It wasn't sticky at all and my face is smooth after putting this on. It feels very luxurious and worked well with my other skin care products. I did not have any reactions to this product. Regarding Scent: The scent is gaggy, like a chemical smell with a hint of citrus. It lasts for at least 5 minutes and it goes away. Because I like the feel of this product on my skin, and I'm over 40 and needs vitamin C, I plan to continue to use this. [update: I have been using this for over a week now and it's not as gaggy as when i was first using it and it's most likely because I've been using this consistently for over a week and my nose has gotten used to the smell] Regarding Performance based in claims: Visibly brighten – I didn't really notice brightening of my skin Smooth and minimize discoloration and dark spot – I didn't notice any difference in my skin however, I didn't really have any discoloration to begin with. Would i buy this product again after using it up? No I will not but having vitamin C as part of skin care routine is crucial if you're over 40.

Let's call this A+++ serum!
My complexion has never looked better. Goodbye dark spots and lackluster skin and hello to a glowing and healthy complexion! I wasn't expecting a change in my wrinkles, but I also noticed that fine lines have disappeared! I am in love with this magical serum and will most definitely be purchasing it again in the future. I'm literally glowing like I did in my 20's again and I couldn't happier. Thanks to Perricone MD and Influenster for the this incredible product.
