I think this capsule works well to help me sleep however I have difficulty in swallowing capsules and/or pills so I am forced to empty this into apple sauce and take it that way. It does taste pretty bad and even the apple sauce can't fix that! Wish they would offer chewable pill like melatonin offers.

Helps sometimes
I tried this because at my age I need help sleeping and don't want to rely on prescription drugs. This took a few days to kick in then I did sleep better. Not perfect but fewer wake-ups. Aftter the first few times taking it I felt that it kept me up all night because of bathroom trips. Not exactly helping me sleep. But after my body got used to it that stopped. Now I take it for about a week along with a homeopathic sleep spray then it looses effectiveness and I go off it for a few days and take soomething else. So I guess I would say it's a 50/50 shot. And for someone older I'm not sure how effective this would be on its own. But I keep it in my sleep arsenal.
