After cleansing, massage onto face and neck using a gentle upward motion. Wait until fully absorbed and follow with your favorite Perricone MD moisturizer. Use morning and evening. If used in the morning, follow with SPF.

Great product that does what it says!
Perricone High Potency Intensive Smoothing Serum is a great addition to your skincare routine. I used this after washing my face and before my night cream. It absorbed into my skin fast and did not leave me feeling dry before adding cream. I've also used this on top of my Retin A and had no issues with the two.

Amazing Serum
I have been using this serum consistently and really loving the results. First off, my skin can be somewhat sensitive but this did not cause any irritation at all. This serum is really of high quality, this brand is among the top of the skin care line. It is a serum that contains retinol and is triple-potent, which helps reduce the signs of aging as well as fine lines from the first use, your skin looks soft, hydrated, showing lush and radiant. I really love how my skin looks since I use makeup every day, it looks smooth and very smooth and super soft, very radiant and it is very easy to apply, I recommend it.

Much better than prescription retinol
I typically use prescription strength retinol every evening, but switched to the Perricone retinol two weeks ago. I highly recommend this formula. It is much less harsh on my skin than prescription retinol and I find that I can use it in the AM and PM with no flaking. My skin feels just as smooth as the rx retinol. I would definitely purchase again.

I use 2-3 pumps after cleansing my skin at night before following up with other steps in my routine. The serum is pale yellow in color with no discernible smell which is a positive quality for me. It glides smoothly across the face and quickly sinks into the skin. As an experienced retinol user, I appreciate that I experience zero irritation while using this serum. Other retinols I have used in the past can cause dry patches, especially around my nose and temple. During the past two weeks I have noticed a softening of fine lines around my eyes and my upper lip area. I see increased firmness in my jawline, lightening of age spots on my forehead, and more plumpness to my cheeks. This serum leaves you with a radiant glow after application. The product states that it can be used both AM and PM but I prefer to only use it at night. It is gentle enough use every night but if you are new to retinol, then I would recommend starting with 2-3 times per week. It is important to follow up with an SPF in the morning, as it can increase your sensitivity to the sun. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a solid yet gentle anti aging serum.
