Wow SPECTACULAR
Simply spectacular, creamy consistency but in 15 seconds it had been absorbed into my skin leaving a super soft texture. The packaging is luxurious like all its brands offering quality. It contains niamicide that helps to renew skin tone and imperfections as well as vitamin B3Z. An ingredient that surprised me was organic olive oil. But in general, a great serum!

Another Perricone product added to my list of must haves! First of all, the packaging is top notch, airtight dark colored glass pump bottle to retain effectiveness. The product itself is a light, creamy serum texture that goes on smooth and absorbs nicely into the skin without feeling tacky or sticky. Layers great with other products as well. I love that this product does what it claims to do while also helping control oil production as I have excessive oily skin without drying my skin out. I do see a noticeable difference in my skins texture as it feels smoother and some of the lines around my face are less noticeable.

Dr Perricone sent me this free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program. I really like Dr. Perricone products and was impressed with the results of this product. My skin has responded well, feels smoother and with reduced blemishes after a few weeks of using. It has become a staple in my regimen and I like that it doesn't leave a residue after application. Good product
I have used this product nightly on my neck and décolletage. I believe you would have to use it for months to see a difference. I like the thickness of the product and lack of fragrance. The amount you get in a ""pump"" of the product is plenty for an area so it will last for awhile. A good purchase to add to your nightly routine.

Great product, serious results
This is a great product. I've been using this product for a few weeks focusing on my problem areas: neck, chest, and hands. I am 44 and have deep lines and uneven texture on my neck and chest due to computer work and sun exposure. My hands have frustrated me for some time because they look much older than I am due to their crepiness, largely stemming from poor moisturizer routines over the years. Since adding Perricone MD's Intense Smoothing Serum a few weeks ago I've noticed a significant improvement in all the above, most notably the smoothness of my chest and hands. I've noticed that as the day goes on my chest becomes smoother and softer and I'm hiding it less. Before it was always rough and bumpy so I would keep it covered. It's definitely a treatment versus a coverup, so the longer you use it the better the results. I'm looking forward to what the next few months will bring after continued use. I've been layering with the Perricone MD Chia Body Oil. Overall, both products are amazing and I'm very happy with my results.

Feels so lightweight
I have Lupus and this pump is easy to use, which makes life easier. One pump went quite a ways. I have seen some improvement but not as much as I expected on the deeper lines. My pores are smaller and my fine lines are fading. My larger lines are taking longer to notice a difference. I will continue using this as I believe it will just take longer for my larger lines to be reduced as they are deeper. I received this item in exchange for my honest review.

This is a great product!
I have used this product daily for several weeks. This is a very hydrating thicker serum which does not feel oily or heavy. It makes my skin feel instantly smooth and I have noticed improvement in texture over time with regular use.
