Need more time to see if the DMAE Performs
I received the Perricone MD High Potency Intensive Smoothing Serum through BzzAgent in exchange for my honest review. After using it on my 61-year-old skin for a few weeks, here it is: The serum is a light white cream that absorbs easily into the skin. It does have a chemical smell which very quickly dissipates and does not bother me. I held off posting this review to give the formula time to work, but I have not seen much of the ""intensive firming"" the brand advertises after using it morning and night for about three weeks. There are two things to say about this particular formulation: first, the one ingredient that really sets this serum apart from many others is supposed to be DMAE, which applied topically should help ""visibly tighten sagging skin over time."" Again, I have only used this for three weeks and so maybe I'll see some exciting tightening of sagging skin in the coming weeks. A quick Google search confirmed that there is some evidence that DMAE does what Perricone claims it does. However, DMAE (dimethyl MEA) is the 19th ingredient in the list for this serum, and there is no way to know whether there is actually enough DMAE in this serum to do anything at all. The second important point is that the other two highlighted ingredients, niacinamide and ceramides (noted as key ingredients on the packaging along with DMAE) can be found in drugstore products such as CeraVe PM at a drastically lower price point. Is the DMAE in this product worth its hefty price tag? Not so far yet for me, but time will tell.

A bit pricey but nice
I received this complimentary in exchange for my honest review. I have been a big fan of Perricone MD products for sometime now, so I was excited to try this. The product contains, Niacinamide, DMAE, and Ceramides and claims to smooth skin and minimize imperfections. I've been using this for a couple weeks and have noticed my skin feeling a little softer and less dry. It has a very nice milky consistency like that of a lotion, but is used as a serum. It applies smoothly and dries down quickly. I need about 2-3 pumps for my face/neck. Overall I've been enjoying using this and hope for more results as I continues to use it. The only negative is the hefty pricetag.

I have been using this for over a week now and I can't say that I have noticed any difference in my skin. I don't have anything negative to say about the product but I also don't have anything to rave about. I will continue to use this and see if anything changes over a longer period of time but so far I don't plan on repurchasing.

intensive smoothing serum
As a woman in my 40's, I am constantly on the lookout for any new anti-aging skincare. Perricone MD puts out great products and this intensive smoothing serum is no different. I have a night time routine that I swear by, but I began to incorporate this serum into my AM routine immediately after washing my face. A few pumps covers my entire face & neck. The serum is a thicker formula and immediately gives off a smoothing feeling. It dries quickly on the skin and my face immediately feels soft and smooth after using it. It works well with my moisturizer and is a great base for makeup. There is a light faint scent, but it is not harsh or irritating. I have been using this serum daily for a few weeks now and I really do notice a difference in the texture of my skin and in my complexion.

This product is effective and amazing!
I wanted to give this product some time to start seeing results and I was seeing results after the first use. My skin looked smoother and clearer in areas with prior blemishes. The packaging looks and feels high end, with the cap on the pump to ensure you don't loose product without removal. The consistency of the serum feels nice and hydrating. This will be my added as a new staple to my routine! Thank you Bzzagent!

Haven't noticed changes
I received this as a free sample. I've been using it for a little over a week but haven't noticed changes yet. It has a bit of a chemical smell and dries my skin so needs a moisturizer to be applied after use even though it is thick and spreads like a more oil based serum.

I really do see a difference.
I received the Perricone MD High Potency Intensive Smoothing Serum from BzzAgent and Perricone MD for free in exchange for my honest review. I have been using this serum for a couple of weeks now, and have noticed a difference in the texture and appearance of my skin. My face overall feels tighter, but not dry. I've noticed less redness on my cheek area, my texture is more even and some fine lines in my eye area are diminished. Also, the area underneath my eyes is a bit lighter, and I don't notice the pores in my nose quite as much. My skin does feel a bit softer as well. I would definitely use this product again.
