Skin is more refined
I have used Perricone products in the past; I was pleased to be gifted this serum by Perricone so I could review it. This serum seems to have a different consistency than other serums. It looks more like a lightweight cream instead of being on the liquid and runny side. This one absorbs nicely into skin and leaves a matte finish. It worked well with my other products and makeup. The active ingredients include niacinamide and DMAE - I really feel the niacinamide in this serum helps to combat the side effects of my tretinoin - I had less redness and flaking when I used it. I also noticed my pores seemed to appear smaller (Maybe this is the DMAE?) - my skin definitely looks smoother and more refined. I plan to continue using this serum to see what the long term results would be as I am very pleased with the results so far.

Enjoyed this product
I used this product every morning Incorporated with my face routine for two weeks. This product did not irritate my skin nor did it have a chemical type fragrance. It improved my skin texture and the fine lines around my eyes were minimized. I will continue to use this product and will probably buy it once the bottle is empty.

Smoother Skin
The Perricone MD High Potency Intensive Smoothing Serum has been great for my skin. I was dealing with some texture around my jawline and it is no longer there. My skin feels smoother and looks brighter. My skin looks and feels amazing.

This is very luxurious!
I just left as the first step of my skin care routine morning and night. I was very impressed with how it sat on my skin and allow me to lay your skincare on top worked beautifully with Makeup. The only hesitation I have is that I have not used it long enough to see any results. My skin has not reacted. Firstly to it and I think the packaging is just very luxurious and beautiful.

I received this high potency intensive smoothing serum from Perricone MD as a pinch me sample. It makes my skin feel smooth and soft and hydrated I haven't been using it long enough to see a big texture change but will continue using because I because it making a difference.

Feels amazing!!
I have been using this product for almost two weeks religiously and I love it! There is no scent and the serum is smooth, but not thick. The consistency is perfect. It's too early to see results, but it does leave my skin glowing and feeling hydrated. I recommend!!

Thick rich serum
I enjoyed using Perricone MD High Potentcy Intensive Smoothing Serum. I appreciated that this serum had a thicker consistency and wasn't runny like many serums. It did provide deep moisture retention even before I applied my moisturizer. Fair job of smoothing my skin ( one of the claims). My pores did improve marginally. A couple of days I felt a little sting upon application, but nothing more than that and it didn't occur every time I used it. I would recommend this product.
