Approved by dermatologist for sensitive skin
This smoothing serum features long-standing proven ingredients including niacinamide and ceramides that protect the skin barrier, in addition to skin protectants like dimethicone. I find this is a light-weight serum that absorbs quickly per the company statement. For the majority of my patients, I generally recommend fragrance-free products and this delivers. This product however does not tout any more benefits than over the counter skin moisturizing serums therefore my only gripe is the price point. For PerriconeMD purists who prefer the aesthetic and elegant packaging, go for it.

Very pleased with serum
Writing this review after using serum for more than two weeks for mornings and evenings after cleansing face with neck. Overall, I am very pleased with effectiveness. Skins feels so subtle and fresh after use. It's thick but non sticky formula and non fragrant too. Very easy to use with the help of pump added. Totally recommend it as it's from trusted high quality skin care product making brand.

Awesome Serum
I received this in exchange for my honest review. Perricone MD has done it again! As a long time user and fan of this brand I love and have used many products. They've made one awesome serum with their High Potency Intensive Smoothing Serum. This serum is effective yet gentle as I have had zero irritation. My skin is super soft and is beginning to get smoother. My minor acne scars and fine lines look less visible and feel like they're softening. I have no doubt that with longer use my skin is going to continue to improve. This serum is definitely a product I will continue to use so it is easy to recommend. For glowing skin, this is a must!

A must have!
I LOVE IT! I was apprehensive at first, due to stopping my normal regimen and using this product as a replacement. But I wanted to be sure nothing interfered with my results. I noticed that my neck lines were seemingly not as deep and the my skin felt softer. I mainly applied it twice a day; after my morning and evening showers. I also noticed that I didn't have any skin irritation and that was something I worried a bit about. It will very well be an addition that I will not want to be without.
