High quality smoothing serum
The high potency intensive smoothing serum is a quality product that smooths skin practically overnight. The pump packaging is easy to use. Be mindful if you have sensitive skin - I used it two nights in a row and my skin got patchy and dry in areas. If I use it every other night, it still is effective and doesn't dry out my skin.

Pass...
I really wanted to like this product and after reading the reviews, I was excited to try it. I used it day and night for 2 weeks and I didn't see a change at all. I like the consistency and it absorbs quickly, but it barely moisturized my skin, let alone the other claims. I'm sorry to say, I saw no change in my skin at all.

New found holy Grail status
I've been using this serum for almost a month now and I'm pleased with what results I've had. The product claims to minimize the look of imperfections, firm and plump while also moisturizing and protecting the skin barrier. This serum is rich and more cream like than liquid which I totally appreciate. It absorbs quickly and works well with my other products layered on top. My skin looks more firm and pores look visibly reduced . I did have a purge moment with the product because it has niacinamide but decided to keep going and I'm excited to see the long term effects it has on my skin

Incredibly effective
I am blown away by the incredible results in just a week and a half of using this morning and night beneath my moisturizer without any other products. My skin is so smooth. My pores have shrunk in size and are barely visible. This is by far the most effective serum I've used to make a noticeable difference to the texture of my skin. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for more smooth even texture and smaller pores. I dont suffer from crepiness yes but all of the other skin issues this adresses, i do, and it reolved them. I love how my skin feels ans looks now. I honestly feel like my skin is the best its been in over 3 years thanks to this new product. I would highly recommend and would consider purchasing in the future also. So glad i got to try this out as a tester.

This Dr. Perricone high potency intensive smoothing serum works wonderfully! It has really helped the skin on my face. The dry patches that I had are nice and smooth. Will definitely buy this!

Smoothed the skin
I really like the texture and lack of scent of this product. It goes on very nicely and I did feel like it smoothed my skin as in it felt more hydrated. I wouldn't say it actually changed the texture of my skin at all I will have little bumps and fine lines.

Smooth operator
I have been using Perricone MD High Potency Intensive Smoothing serum for about 1.5 weeks now. I received a free sample in exchange of my honest review. You need 2-3 pumps for a full facial application. The first few applications there was an immediate tingly sensation but it dissipated quickly. The product is absorbed quickly and I have followed it with my regular moisturizer. I normally use 3 products (toner, serum and moisturizer) but for this trial I have stopped using the toner. I do not SEE any improvements but my makeup glides on easily and my skin feels supple. I am 49 with ""11s"" and crepey forehead skin. I am looking for improvements in this area as well as halting the progression of these issues. I am looking forward to continuing to use this product to see if there are any visible improvements!

Great serum
I've been using this serum for a few weeks and I see a difference in my skin, especially the texture and the size of the pores. This serum makes my skin smooth like the name of the product suggests. This serum has a light texture and absorbs into your skin very well.

Increase your glow!
After using this serum day and night I have noticed a smoother texture in my skin, and an increased overall glow! My skin feels more exfoliated but without the dryness you normally expect from a skin product promising improvement in texture. My 40 year old skin feels hydrated, supple and smoother.
