Luxurious Serum
I love this serum! It's thick enough to hydrate my skin without being greasy and sinks right in. I feel as though it makes my skin smooth and plump immediately upon application. I will definitely repurchase this once I finish it.

Smooth, Soft, Supple skin
I wanted to use the product for 2 week to get a true feel for what it does for the skin over time. I have to say the results are astonishing. I turned 49 on September 8th and I don't know if my skin has ever been this smooth. Intensive on the bottle had e a little skeptical but after using the product constantly I'd have to say it is the most intensive smoothing product I have ever tried.

Smoother indeed!
*I received this product for free, in exchange for my honest review. First off, this product is packaged nicely, and the glass bottle containing the serum has a replaceable sleeve over the dispenser to prevent it from leaking out, and making it great to throw in your bag for a trip! The dispenser dispense the perfect amount to cover your face. The serum feels incredibly light going in, and dries quickly. I'm always skeptical about something claiming to make my face smoother, but this product takes the cake! I noticed within a few uses that my skin had a nicer, smoother appearance, and any slight texture differences on my face were less noticeable. I even felt more comfortable going out with out makeup some days, which is something I rarely do.

Tiny bottle with dramatic results!
I've been using this new serum--Perricone MD High Potency Intensive Smoothing Serum for a few weeks. Let me first start by saying that I've heard great things about Perricone MD but I've never tried their products. Why have I waited so long? I expected greatness but this is a genuine miracle. After the first two days of using my face instantly felt softer and my makeup applied better. I wouldn't make up a story just to gain products or write a great review. This has made and continues to make my skin barrier the best it's ever been! I turned 50 this year and my face needed something and this is definitely it. Short of getting a peel or work in a dermatology office I would recommend this to any woman who knows you need it but not made the leap. I do consider the cost, which is quite pricey but the results are amazing and I feel so much more confident with my appearance. Thank you so much for allowing me to try this amazing product.

Amazing Product and Fast results!
This product really delivered in its claims to smooth out the skin. I immediately noticed a difference in my pore size. My skin just looked better and it was only after 2 days of using this! I used it morning and night to get the maximum results.

I used this at night after cleansing my face. It's nice and thick and a little goes a long way. I noticed my fine lines plumping away and left with a radiant glow. Hydrates as well as brightens!

Possible Reaction?
I really wanted to love this and haven't given up on it quite yet. I wish I had more time but my review is due. I am a seasoned skincare junkie and have always loved Perricone. I only added this one new product to my regimen (I did not discontinue anything else), and within a few days had some peeling and slight burning/irritation around my nose. I pulled back to once daily at night which helped, but within 2 weeks I had some under the skin bumps develop on my forehead & right cheek. I was surprised as I am not typically reactive or sensitive, and I rarely get breakouts. These were not pimples, but some other type of bumps that were the same color as my skin (no redness). After I discontinued it they were gone within a few days. I do use many actives and did not change anything, only added this, so I wonder if I ended up using too much niacinamide? I was using another serum that also had niacinamide (I have used 2 different niacinamide products simultaneously before without issue). I'm giving this points for being Perricone (because I trust them so much), and possibly user error on my part for mixing too many actives. I loved the texture and appreciated the pleasant smell without added fragrance. I also appreciate it doesn't ball up or pill, plus enjoyed its silky and moisturizing texture. I will give it a rest but will try again soon, eliminating my other niacinamide serum to see if that makes a difference and if the rash was just a fluke or comes back. I am going to recommend this serum despite my reaction which I believe to be an isolated incident based on dozens of other stellar reviews I've read on this product and Perricone's clinical results which I believe are trustworthy. I also believe the power-packed combo of niacinamide, DMAE & ceramides are perfect for those new to serums who have texture issues.

So far, great results
I have used this intensive smoothing serum for approximately a week and a half so far. This product goes on smoothly, absorbs well and my skin feels really soft after using it. I can't wait to see the results after 4 weeks off use!
