I would buy this product again and probably tick with it.
I've tried a few serums: many of them work on my skin but always has a small con like very sticky or causing my makeup cakey, etc. I'm so happy with this product. It does smoothen my skin right after it's applied and dries very fast as well. I've tried this serum twice a day for 15 days and very happy with the result. My skin does smoother. Besides, it doesn't spoil my makeup and I don't feel like I have a serum layer at all.

Worth the price
I got this serum to try for free. After trying it though, it's worth every penny and I'll be buying more when this runs out. My skin is rough and I have sun damage. After about few days of using this serum morning and night, my skin felt so smooth and soft. It definitely helped my makeup look smoother and honestly made me more comfortable wearing less makeup.

Finally Niacinamide that doesn't burn my face
I received this product from Perricone MD for free in exchange for my honest review. I've used the product a couple of weeks, and am happy to report, I have finally found a niacinamide product that does NOT burn my face. My skin can be very sensitive to some ingredients, but love that this is lightweight, fragrance free and does not irritate my skin.

Neck and jawline show visible changes
I am almost 38 and have always been aware of my mother's ""crepey neck"" genetics for many years now. I also used to stupidly tan, like so many of us did in our 20s. Well, I have seen *some* verticle wrinkles on my neck and was beyond excited to be chosen for this campaign. I received a sample of Perricone M.D. High Potency Intensive Smoothing Serum in return for this honest review. Truly, I've seen marked improvements in my skin on my cheeks and neck! I had some bumps from trying another product recently that my skin did not agree with, this product fixed it! It really does what it says, it smoothed my skin in just a few days' time. There was no irritation, tingling, or burning. The serum was more like a thin lotion, creamy and smooth. I enjoyed this product so much and I'd absolutely recommend it.

Feels great!
This sinks into my skin nicely, and actually made my skin feel smoother over time! I'm hoping for continued improvement with continuous use. I use about a pump and a half to cover my entire face and neck so this bottle will last quite a long time.

I really like this product!
I have used Perricone MD products in the past, & I still use them. This is my 1st time using High Potency Intensive Smoothing Serum. I do really like it. It goes on smooth & dissolves into my skin very well with no stickiness or residue. My skin feels smooth and silky afterwards. I apply a moisturizer after. Great product! Love this company!!

Just OK
I received a sample of the High Potency Intensive Smoothing Serum to try and review and so far it's just ok. I've used this product day and night for a few weeks and so far I don't see much difference in my skin. I love Perricone MD product and usually notice a difference right away, so I was a little disappointed with this one. It is a more lotion like than most serums but still absorbs easily. I was hoping it would smooth the skin on my cheeks and the bridge of my nose, making my pores less noticeable, but I haven't seen much improvement. I'm going to keep using it because it is moisturizing and hopefully it will improve with a little more time.

Yes and No
I was given a sample of this product for an honest review. I tried Perricone High Potency Intensive Smoothing Serum in my daily for a few weeks, adding it to my morning routine of cleansing, serum, moisturizer. I really appreciated the zero scent and would consider adding it to my evening routine as well. It went on well with no pilling when makeup was applied and was quickly absorbed into my skin so no waiting to start my moisturizer. There wasn't any real change in pore size or skin texture. Maybe smaller pores, but nothing to write home about but over all my skin does feel a little softer. I will continue to use it daily until it is gone to see if a little more time makes a difference but I don't think I would go out to purchase it
