miracle worker!
I received this in a VoxBox and I waited for a while before I finally reviewed. It's the only new thing I've added to my regime in a while and holy moly has it made a huge impact on everything! My skin has actually cleared up quite a bit and general skin tone has improved. I love that I can feel a bit of a tingle when I apply it and my skin as a while has evened out since adding to my regime. Everything feels brightened, even & firmer since using for the last month or so. I've gotten so many compliments on my skin that I will be sure to always include in my list of go-to's!.

Bad smell, great serum
Ok... yes... This stuff smells bad FOR SURE... but it is probably the best and most effective serum I have ever used. My skin feels moist, firm, and clear after regular use for a few weeks. I will definitely continue daily use. The price tag is a bit cringey on this stuff, but seems worth it so far and there is a good chance I will purchase when I run out. Plus, little really goes as long way. All things considered, I would say that it's worth the smell and the price tag.

I don't hate it but I don't love it.
I've heard many great things about Dr Perricones skin care line. I'm a new user to frequent skin care - I've always done what I think of as the basics for my own personal skin care - which are daily and nightly facial moisturizers and using on Vaseline to remove makeup. As of a couple years ago I've started to become concerned about fine line wrinkles and age lines. I don't have either near my eyes or mouth, it is more about my general concern of forehead lines and wrinkles. Because of this main concern, that is where I used this serum most frequently. I have sensitive skin, especially around my mouth and eye area as well - therefore I wanted to steer away from using this product around these parts because of these ongoing concerns. When I first received the serum, I took note of the bottle design, the products ingredients, recommended usage and the supposed benefits of usage. Since this product contains retinol, I was curious as to whether it was safe to use often as I've read it's best to build up the use of retinol, especially since this product is encouraged to be used day and night. I know that retinol usage during the day has been known to make skin sensitive to sunlight. I follow Dr Perricones account on Instagram and a user had asked if it were safe to use during the day for these same reasons. The answer was yes because it does not contain large amounts. I still for the sake of being careful, built up the use of the serum over the course of a week. I started using the serum only at night on my forehead every other day. The next week, I used it every night and on the third week, I used the serum once in the day and once in the night. The texture of this serum is creamy, has a yellow tint (which I attribute to the egg shell membrane it contains) and a light perfume scent. When it was applied to my skin, it isn't thick which I like, and it does absorb rather nicely. The consistency and texture are definitely preferable to me personally and I think that's what I liked best about the product. Unfortunately, as far as results, I did not see any in the past month that I've been using this product. I've provided a couple of pics taken a month apart for reference. However since this bottle contains a fair amount in it, I will continue to use the product until it is done to see if it ends up showing any results. I did not have any reaction regarding skin irritation which is also important to me as I mentioned having sensitive skin. The only thing I was crazy about was the scent. Although it is light and pleasant, I will never understand the necessity of needing to add perfume to products. I would rather a skin care product smell like nothing than something perfumey. Again, this is a personal preference; I just personally wouldn't mind if it smelled like nothing. My curiosity is leading me to continue to use this product because I do feel there is potential for results for long term use. I will update my review if I see an improvement over more time.

HG Serum to add to my skincare routine.
While I adore my current skincare regimen, I am always looking for new products to add to my skincare routine. I have been using this serum in my skincare routine twice a day for the past few weeks and I absolutely adore this serum. I have sensitive, combination skin and I was a little worried at first that the fragrance might irritate my skin, but my skin absolutely loves this serum. This serum smell of grapefruit and other uplifting notes is invigorating and surprisingly calming. I look forward to this step of my morning and evening skincare routine. The serum's lightweight, milky texture makes it a breeze to apply and this serum absorbs into my skin quickly so that I continue with the rest of my skincare routine relatively quickly. This serum makes my skin feel so supple and soft and has restored a youthful glow to my complexion that I am completely enamored with. This serum is the first Perricone MD skincare product that I have used and this serum is definitely going to remain a part of my daily skincare routine. I also cannot wait to try other products from Perricone MD in the future. While this serum hasn't erased all signs of the aging process, it's lifting and firming properties have greatly improved my skin's appearance and have restored a youthful glow to my complexion. This serum is the only product that I have changed in my skincare routine, so I know that the changes in my complexion are due to this amazing serum. I cannot wait to see how my skin continues to heal and be transformed over the days, weeks, and months ahead. I am 34 years old and people continuously think that I am in my early twenties. Taking excellent care of your skin and investing in skincare products that actually live up to their claims is worth every penny. I am so happy to have found such a fantastic serum to add to my skincare routine. in

Definitely worth a try
When I was selected by Influenster to try this product I was incredibly excited. Upon receiving the product I was shocked at how secure the product was. The packaging was excellent and ensured the product would not be damaged in transit. The next thing I noticed is how they have the pump separated to ensure potency until opening. I appreciate that. Now to the actual product, the scent is light almost mineral type smell nothing offensive. The product is easy to use and absorbs quickly. After using it these last few weeks I have noticed a minimal improvement in my skins elasticity. I feel like my complexion is improving and this is after I have stressed the skin with frequent travel. Given a full 90 days that it takes to truly determine the effectiveness of any skincare product I think I will be happy to see an even better complexion. A few notes, I did find my skin to dry out more than usual so a good moisturizer is key. Also allow time for product to properly absorb before starting on our makeup application.

Really, the only negative that I can say about this is that I don't really care for the scent. But that doesn't last long and it's not a deal breaker for me. I love that this is lightweight and doesn't make my skin feel oily like so many serums can. I focused on the fine lines between my eyes and after 3 weeks I noticed them slowly disappearing! I am hooked.

My New Holy Grail Serum
I'll begin by disclosing that I am a big fan of Perricone MD, and have been seriously impressed by several of their skincare products (and THE legendary foundation). I had high expectations and this serum did not disappoint! The packaging is gorgeous, and I appreciate that there was no room for the bottle to move around in transit. The formula does feel a bit gritty due to the encapsulated retinol, but as the literature states, it really does go away as you (gently!) work the serum into your skin. I used everything in my typical skincare routine, making this serum the only change, so I am confident that the massive hydration boost I am feeling is due to this addition. The fine lines around my mouth and the wrinkles on my forehead both look less noticeable, and the extra moisture does give my face a plumper look. I noticed the difference after 3 weeks of consistent use, AM and PM. Here's a tip for use: if the regular pump delivers too much product for your face, leave the black plastic ring on the bottle! You can still pump out product, but the ring restricts the amount that is dispensed. Overall, I highly recommend this. I appreciate anything that makes me look younger!

this really works!!!
It's been over 10 years since I last used a product from Perricone md. While their products were effective, I could never get over the smell of fish. I'm very big on the scent of my products so I was apprehensive when I received this product. The high potency growth factor firming and lifting serum does not have the typical Perricone fishy smell. It is lightly scented and almost pleasant. I recently turned 35 and started noticing a change in the firmness and elasticity of my skin. After using this product for over a month, I can definitely see a positive change in the texture and elasticity of my skin. The first few days after using this product, my skin already seemed more smooth and glowy. Now that I have used it for a month, I feel like my skin has regained some of its youthfulness. I will definitely be repurchasing this when I run out.

Surprised Me!
At first, I was a little confused because it doesn't feel like most serums. It's not super creamy. It doesn't make your skin super soft right away... but then it starts to absorb quickly. I followed it up with a moisturizer and within a few days, I was hooked. I was using it morning and night! I felt a difference in my skin. It's only been a few weeks, but it hasn't broken me out. My skin doesn't feel dry at all, and looks quite nice! I'll keep using it like I have been, but so far I am very impressed!

it really works
I started see result after two weeks. My face feel tighter. Can't wait to see the long term results. I put this on before my moisturizer. I will keep using it but I feel like it could be a little stronger.
