My favorite skin cleanser.....
I love this product and have been using it for a couple of years. My skin feels so clean when I use it and I firmer. I was recently disappointed when I received my order that although the product arrived intact, there was a crushed cap at the bottom of the container which made me concerned of tampering. I contacted Perricone, but they will not replace until I return it which is somewhat of an inconvenience especially since I am not a new customer. They sent a label, but I now need to package it to get it out.

I love this cleanser and would defenitly keep using it.
After a couple of weeks the cleanser began get a weird smell that got worse & worse. I found out from customer service that the bottle should not be keep near a shower as the steam does not mix well with the cleanser. They were great and sent me a new bottle free!

This is a great cleanser. I like the way it feels and how my skin feels so happy after using. The product is a real winner but what isn't a winner is the pump that comes with the product because it's not easy to make it work. I wish you would offer another kind of pump. Most times I just have to take your pump off and pour the product from the bottle. This is annoying and wasteful. My one and only (but BIG) complaint.
