Hives
I bought this product as part of the face firming kit from Ulta a few days ago. I am loving how my face looks and feels but my neck does NOT like this product as I woke up this morning with a rash and mosquito bite size bumps from my jawline to my collarbone. My face seems to be tolerating it well enough, though. This was after 5 applications. I will discontinue use for a week then try again to see if the results remain the same. It's a shame if I can't use it because I was starting to see some nice outcome.

So disappointed!
I really wanted to try this product but one application was all it took to find out i'm one of those people who had an instant and severe histamine reaction to it. My face broke out in hives about 6-7 hours after application. Severe itching and big red lumps. I'd love to understand what the ingredient is I'm allergic to, so I can avoid in the future. I use and LOVE a lot of Perricone products, so far this is the only one that has given me hives.

Every now & then, I try different products, but I always come back to this. Looove it! Day & Night, I usually start w/Perricone’s Intensive Pore Minimizing Toner. Then I add an Azelaic acid/Niacinamide mixture. Then I often apply this serum, hairline to chest, even upper & lower eyelids. Love it!! It plays well with other products, including the Plasma+ eye cream. But, it l’s also good on its own, if you’re in a hurry. It helps tone and smooth your skin.

Diminishes fine lines, wrinkles
I've only been using it for a few weeks, and not on a daily basis, but I see a difference in the fine lines and wrinkles I have near my mouth when I do use it. For firming, I don't see as much of a result as I did when I had the Perricone MD Neuropeptide Cream. This High Potency Classics Face Firming Serum has a hint of the same "fishy" odor that the Neuropeptide Cream has, which is a positive indication to me that it works the same way, but it's not the same texture. The cream is much thicker. Whether or not it, or the cream, can ever firm sagging jawlines and necklines to a noticeable enough extent is questionable. The thought of cosmetic surgical procedures to get rid of the jowls is not something I would be reluctant to try. This Face Firming Serum makes me feel like it's doing something, even if only for the time I first apply it, and I feel better about having it to start doing something to lessen the sagging until I can get to a surgeon.

Bad Reaction
My face has hives and burns after using the Face firming serum. I did feel a tingling sensation after using during my night face regimen and noticed my face looked overly pink and flushed the next morning. Not thinking much about it, I used it again the next night. Now my skin looks and feels like it has a bad burn with hives. I rarely have a skin reactions to good products.

I've been using this product for at least 10 years if not longer and wouldn't be without it. It can sting slightly as per the description so I just don't do any mechanical exfoliation just prior to application. I've tried other Perricone MD products but always come back to this one.
