Smells really bad
The effects of this product worked very nice however I cannot get past the smell. When I checked the ingredients in noticed that one of the predominant ingredients is Urea. I believe this is what causes the smell urea is found in urine and is what makes urine smell like urine which is exactly what this product smells like. Literally it smells like a homeless person in the NYC subway. I should mention that it is only the Blue Plasma that I found this to be true. There are other Perricone products that I use and don't have any smell problem with.

Horrible smell
Read a lot of good review on this product, so I decided to give it a try during a promotion. I was excited when I received, but after I applied on , omg the smell is horrible that I don't even know how to describe it. I threw out the box already , so I'm not able to return it. Worse investment ever

CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT......................
There are TWO products by Dr.Perricone that I cannot live without........BLUE PLASMA and the PORE TREATMENT cream. I would never have believed in a million years that ANYTHING could help my blackheads. Between the PLASMA and the PORE TREATMENT my skin has NEVER looked better. One thing I have added to my regime is a hand held portable fan. It adds such an amazing look after applying each item. These products have not only made my blackheads disappear BUT my skin is FINALLY one color AND it is FIRMER and CLEANER that it has been in my entire life !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dr. PERRICONE....I cannot THANK YOU ENOUGH for your dedication to skin products. You are truly a master in the field and these two products are, in my opinion, AWARD WINNING PRODUCTS. I salute you Dr. Perricone......your genius is most appreciated.......we love you for your lifelong commitment to skin and your determination to have the best products possible. BEST TREATMENT EVER! SMOOTH, CLEAR SKIN
This is the most effective product exfoliating without dryness or redness. I am a PRODUCT JUNKIE and have tried dozens (maybe hundreds) of products over the years. I am over 60 and people are always commenting on how beautiful my skin looks. a younger woman actually stopped me in Grand Central Station to compliment me. I tried Retinol but it made my skin flake. This does not and has other benefits such as evening skin tone (my sun damage is almost negligible since I started using this. It does have a slight odor but dissipates in a few minutes.

Blue Plasma is the best!
Getting a good sized sample of Blue Plasma is one of the best things to happen to my complexion. I have been using Perricone MD exclusively for about five years, trying most new products appropriate to my age. I am quite proud of my skin but I had small, colorless bumps on one cheek that I thought must be moles as nothing seemed to change them. Using Blue Plasma once a day for several months has shrunk them to almost nothing, another welcome refinement to my skin. Another reason I love this product is that it does not harm the environment and waterways with tiny beads to exfoliate as the beads do not break down. I don't want this to be in the food chain. Gentle and easy to use, this is a permanent addition to my skin care.

A must have
I have been using blue plasma for over a year and am very pleased with the results. I find that it smooths the surface of my skin and I have fewer issues with flakiness. My other products seem to absorb better and fine lines are less noticeable.
