Cold Plasma Plus+ The Hydrating Complex was sent to me free for review purposes. The product website highlights the following key ingredients: *Peptides: Fortifying Damaged Skin *Vitamin C Ester: Supercharged Brightening & Smoothing *Vegetable Triglyceride Complex: Powerful Hydration. Here are my thoughts: Note-I am 44 with dry skin, living in a dry climate, working indoors 50+ hours a week. As you can see from the photo, this cream is very concentrated. A little if the product goes a long way. You need to warm the product between your fingers before applying to your skin. The cream, a light blue tint has a very light scent (almost like Greek yogurt) that dissipates as you apply to the skin. The cream absorbs quickly, leaving no greasy residue but you will feel a cooling sensation as the product dries. In using the product I have seen improvement in my fine lines, skin texture and skin hydration. I've received compliments on my skin, without makeup, for the first time in quite a long time. While no cream can permanently reverse the signs of aging, this is one delivers significant result. If you have similar skin concerns, I do recommend you checking out Perricone MD for yourself.

Pleasant smell and good coverage
This hydrating complex has a very pleasant smell and provides good hydration without feeling too greasy. I have used other Perricone MD products before and was pleased so I was sure this product would be just as good! I would definitely purchase this again.

Yikes! Sorry Perricone MD. This is a no!
I was excited to receive this Perricone MD Cold Plasma Plus+, The Intensive Hydrating Complex as a sample to try. I love the brand and it sounded like a great moisturizer. It has peptides to fortify your damaged skin, vitamin c to brighten and lipids to hydrate. Open opening, I noticed the smell right away. Honestly, I cannot put my finger on what it smells like. I don't care for it, I know that. It's gray, just FYI. You are supposed to take some and warm it up in your hands. (Why are we wanting to warm up something they are touting as cold by the way?) Next, you apply it to your (cleansed) face in an upward motion. Ok, done. It seemed soft and smooth on application at first. I'm not sure if it was too heavy or what, but it didn't seem to sink in all the way. (Or easily). A little while later my face felt a little itchy. I went and looked in the mirror and noticed I had a bunch of tiny little bumps on my normally smooth cheeks and neck. I also had some sort of weird reaction/discoloration/rash where I had lighter/darker spots all over my face. I ended up having to go on Prednisone to get rid of it. I normally love this brand, but this one is a no go for me! ??

Seems to be working right on my skin
Only been using this a short time but I do see an improvement in my skin. This is great in that its good for all types of skins. This does not irritate my skin and has made it feel better than it has in a while.

Great Product!!
I received a full size container of Perricone MD Cold Plasm + The Intensive Hydrating Complex and it delivers. The cream is cold and it leaves your face very soft and hydrated. I had been looking for a cream that would leave my face soft and not greasy. It's cold but once you rub it in between your fingers for a bit it warms up. It leaves your face nicely refreshed.

Great product
This is an amazing product. Thick and hydrating, but still lightweight. My skin is very sensitive so I'm always a little concerned when I try a new product but this stuff really works. My dry patches were gone after two days. It doesn't have a noticeable scent, which i love since it's my top layer and I don't like distracting scents on my nighttime products. I highly recommend.

Amazing product!
After using this product on my neck and jaw line for only a week I noticed results! The skin looked less crepe and tighter. The skin felt smooth and looked fresh. I will definitely purchase in the future.

Hydration Overachiever
Ok I have only used this for a few days but the changes to my skin have been noticeable. The dry air this winter took its toll on my skin and nothing has really helped til this. My skin is softer and more hydrated. It has a pleasant smell as well. It's my new go to moisturizer! Can't wait to see the benefits of what a few more weeks of use will bring! Bye Bye Dry Dull Skin.

Nice, luxurious face cream!
I really enjoyed this face cream! It is thick and takes a bit to absorb but it doesn't feel overly heavy. I wouldn't use it as a daytime cream personally but it's perfect as a nighttime option. It's mostly unscented. There was a faint scent but it was mild and I couldn't quite place it. It felt luxurious. Per the instructions, I tried to warm it between my fingers before applying but didn't notice a major difference.

Cruelty-free Luxury Skincare
I had high expectations for Perricone MD Cold Plasma+ The Intensive Hydrating Complex because on their website, it sells for $179 for 2 ounces, luckily I received this product complimentary for testing purposes. The packaging is very upscale looking as you would expect at a high price point. The jar itself is heavy and glass with a screw-on lid. This is not my first choice of dispensing a product because it is less hygienic than a pump but given the thickness of this creme I can understand why. The creme itself has a slight grey tinge to it and has a somewhat earthy scent that took a little getting used to. ( It does not longer!) The claims on the website are pretty bold, apparently due to a "proprietary liquid crystal delivery system" for the 15 active ingredients. When I apply it to my skin, this cream feels like it would be too heavy to penetrate, but it does get absorbed once you warm it up by rubbing into your skin it feels more gel like. What I like is that it contains Vitamin C Ester which helps with brightening, which is one benefit I did find from using it. It is also protects your skin from "enviromental aggressors" but that does not mean sunscreen, which I apply on top in the morning and it doesn't seem to interfere. It has 15 active ingredients to help improve the skin moisture barrier. My skin did not seem as hydrated as some other luxury creams I have tried. I am hoping that as I continue to use this I will see more benefits, so far I have noticed my skin is brighter and a slight decrease in fine lines/ wrinkles. I am also happy to say this is cruelty free, and none of the suppliers test on animals, and it is not sold in China!
