Not for my skin type, but it would be great for others!
I tried to use this every night, but I have sensitive skin, and I was only able to use this for three nights before my skin started rebelling. I'm actually surprised that I made it three nights because I usually have instant reactions to this sort of thing! If you don't have sensitive skin, you will probably have better luck than I did.
