Gentle Yet Effective Acne Treatment
I have acne prone, mostly dry, sensitive rosacea skin. I was a little worried trying a product with salicylic acid (maximum OTC strength) as this usually completely dries my face out and exacerbates my rosacea. The @PerriconeMD Acne Relief Maximum Strength Clearing Treatment is a lightweight, easily spreadable cream that you can apply a light layer to your skin, day and/or night. I chose to use it just at night and only in my t-zone (where I am mostly acne prone). This also contains Cica (Centella asiatica) which is the newest most talked about ingredient, because it is a plant known for calming and soothing, making it a great ingredient for people with sensitive skin. Also contains Oat Protein which is also known for its soothing and calming properties. I think these helped to counterbalance the salicylic acid because this was not harsh for me at all. I just used another product with SA for a review and it was an absolute no! The Perricone was actually able to clear up my monthly hormonal acne, appeared to make my pores slightly less visible (your pores are your pores and actually won't shrink), while not flaring my rosacea, and even slightly hydrating my skin. I'm impressed! A little goes a long way and this bottle will last me for quite a while. I used this most nights before I went to sleep and my face didn't feel greasy. I love the packaging with the pump so I don't have to contaminate the product dipping my fingers in or using a scoop and having a mess. Potent Acne Treatment
I love Perricone MD products and the Maximum Strength Clearing Treatment is just as great as their other products. This product is easy to apply and goes great under my daily makeup. I could see a clear difference in the size of my acne within in a few days and the treatment did not over dry the surrounding areas on my face. This product needs to be added to your acne fighting regime.

A little goes a long way
Sadly I have not seen massive improvements from this product. I find that it is very drying and I have to use it VERY sparingly. I am blackhead prone on my chin/t-zone and haven't seen much improvement with this product. I will continue to use this though.

Works Fast To Clear Skin
This is a really nice, lightweight cream that is non-irritating and gentle enough to use twice a day. My mature skin still suffers from occasional breakouts and this has helped clear my skin while soothing and calming it. It absorbs quickly, and doesn't have a greasy feel. It does have a light medicinal scent, but that quickly dissipates. This is a great product that I recommend to anyone wanting relief from stubborn acne.

Been applying this at night time followed by a nice thick moisturizer and it works really well keeping my acne at bay! If you don't use a moisturizer, you might get some dry spots overtime if you have naturally dry skin like me. Still very gentle on skin!

Unscented and lightweight!
This unscented face moisture is amazing! It is lightweight, goes on smoothly, and it is very effective at combating acne and large pores, some of my top concerns. I use this both in the morning and evening. The salicylic acid in this cream is supposed to be less irritable to the skin!
