The Gentle Exfoliating Toner can be used both day and night after cleansing to help prep skin for treatment. Slight Improvements
I've had a little over a week to try this so far and I feel as if there's been some improvement to my skin's texture. It's "that time of the month" for me, and I have been extremely stressed, which are 2 of the biggest factors for causing acne breakouts for me. While I've had some pop up in one of my problem areas (forehead), my chin which is usually a worse area has stayed relatively clear and smooth. This is the only difference in my routine so I'm thinking it's what's helping! It's easy to use, and it doesn't dry out my skin. That is a huge plus because, even though I am oily in the problem areas that I have breakouts, I also have lots of dry patches that I'm trying to not make any worse. There's no harsh smells, and I haven't had issues with fabrics bleaching, like I have with other acne products that contain benzoyl peroxide.

Perfect! It works
I received Perricone MD Acne Relief General Exfoliating Toner for review with BzzAgent. As someone that does get adult acne I always have trouble finding a gentle toner that also helps with acne that isnt too drying. My goal for toner is even skin tones, clearer skin and for sure reduced pours and blackheads. After trying this toner out for several days I have notice a reduction in redness and my pours do seem to be slightly reduced. As with most acne products I do feel a slight dryness to my skin after using it but no where near as dry as other acne products. I use a moisture replenishing serum to combat the slight dryness which I found to be helpful. This product does contain lactic and succinic acids, salicylic acid and citrulline so keep that in mind when using. Effective and Pleasant
I received Perricone MD Acne Relief Gentle Exfoliating toner as a complimentary sample. It came in the right time! I have been experiencing some break outs and couldn't find the right solution to balance my skin. After having used this for some time, I for sure was able to see the difference and effectiveness of this product. My first impression from the packaging was that I was happy it was not made out of cheap plastic. It's either a hard plastic or glass (I can't tell to be honest) but I was satisfied as I hate when liquids are placed on easy to squeeze bottles. The scent is so nice! It doesn't smell too chemically even though it doesn't seem to have any artificial scent added to it. It's very easy to use, you just need to apply with a cotton ball. The first days, my breakouts dried out (probably from the lactic and salicylic acid) and flaked. Sounds gross but I was pleased since I knew this product killed off the bad bacteria and was helping the acne clear, while truly exfoliating my skin! After a week or so, I saw my skin looked more cleansed and my pores looked less clogged. My skin reacted really well to this, it wasn't overly dry even though it did have a matte finish. On another note, I saw the cotton ball turned a bit yellow, which just proves that it for sure was pulling excess dirt and dead skin from my face. In my experience, toner also helps other products get absorbed better and although I can never tell if this is true, I do feel like my face has an overall better appearance when I use it versus when I don't. The bottle also came with an ample amount of toner, although it's only 4 fluid ounces. I've been using this for about 2 weeks and still have more than half the bottle to use. I looked and saw it is a bit pricey for a toner, but with the results I received, I felt it was pretty justified. The ingredients are effective and with the addition of citrulline, I do feel that helped prevent my skin from drying out completely. I am very satisfied and for sure will be using this again!

Definitely gentle!
I think this is a product that will take awhile to see results from. But after a week of using it I can say that it's very gentle on my sensitive skin. It doesn't hurt when I put it on and I haven't had any issues layering it with other products!

Gentle giant
I have oily skin and my tzone is packed with impurities. Been using this toner for few days now and i can see the difference in my texture and less mid day shine on my tzone. Yet my skin is not dried out and very smooth. Highly recommend

Skin's best friend
I have oily and acne prone skin with frequent hormonal breakouts. The salicylic acid that this toner contains makes it super effective and yet not drying to my face. Instructions to use are clear. My face after feels clean refreshed and soft!

Great gentle toner
I was very excited to try a gentle toner targeted for acne because most toners are very harsh on my skin. This toner applies very nicely and was mild on my skin. My skin felt clean, toned and refreshed and reduced my acne prone spots. I will definitely be using as my new favorite toner and recommend to anyone looking for a gentle toner!

As gentle as it claims to be
My new favorite skincare treatment! I'm always afraid to try anything new because I don't want to trigger my eczema. I've been using this Perriconr MS Gentle Exfoliating Toner for just a few days now and not only have I not had any eczema flare ups nor any burning, but I also notice my pores are already getting smaller, my "maskne" has gone away, and my skin is looking and feeling much smoother than usual. Great for sensitive skin!
This toner is wonder for sensitive skin. The last toner I used always left my cheeks feeling red/raw whereas this one did not. Using a cotton pad I feel like this will also last a while.
