Apply a liberal amount onto clean, dry skin. Massage until the formula is evenly distributed over the face and neck and begins to dry. Leave on for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

Soothing

Just like the name says this ance mask soothes your skin. I noticed it made my breakouts less swollen and red. It has a slight cooling effect when applied and a super light but fresh scent. I am not a fan of most clay masks since they take time to apply, dry, etc. That being said, I enjoyed this one. It does what it says and when you have a breakout that is what matters. Did it cause my breakouts to disappear overnight? No, but it helped make the breakout not as bad. I got this to try, but would totally purchase when I run out.

Too strong for my skin

I want to love this as I love most Perricone MD products. But this mask burn my skin moment I put it on. I washed it off and still leave some redness for couple of hours.

Perfection

Wow… I am usually not the biggest fan of clay masks mainly because I rarely ever see a true difference in what they claimed to do. Most clay masks feel heavy on my skin leaving my skin dry and uncomfortable. So coming into product I did not have high hopes. However, the first thing I noticed of the texture was how light and airy it felt. Almost like a clay cloud they easily spread all over my face. It wasn't to thick or difficult to work with. After waiting 10 minutes, I noticed an immediate change in my break outs and my skin as a whole! The next day, my makeup looked beautiful!! I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to smooth acne prone skin!

Great for combination skin

I was so happy to receive this clay mask. Clay masks are amazing for combination skin. I'm not acne prone; however, I do have occasional breakouts and treat them with salicylic acid. This mask contains salicylic acid, lactobacillus ferment, willowherb and bentonite clay. These ingredients ensure the skin is calm, soothed, and draws out toxins. I applied this with a brush and used my facial steamer. After rinsing, my face was soft and smooth.

Great

This mask was quite different than most masks I've used in the past. Often masks designed to fight acne cause my skin irritation or dry it out and with this Perricone MD mask I got just the opposite results and couldn't be happier! My skin didn't have any irritation at all whatsoever and felt incredibly soft and hydrated after application. This mask is designed to detoxify, calm, and soothe for blemish free skin using salicylic acid, bentonite clay, lactobacillus ferment, and willow herb. The mask itself is easy to apply and the texture is lovely and smoothes easily onto the skin. A little goes a long way when applying to the entire face, but this can also be effectively used as a spot treatment as well. Very soothing and doesn't get tight or cracked on your skin as it dries, which I also enjoyed. The mask rinsed off quite easily with a warm water rinse and a microfiber facial pad. Most products with salicylic acid aggravate my skin, so I am relieved that this mask was quite effective at soothing, hydrating and brightening my skin while being gentle on my skin. The few breakouts I've had before using the mask have lessened and seem far less inflamed. I'm a fan so far and would definitely recommend to anyone who struggles with even occasional breakouts to give this soothing mask.

Contains sulfites, couldn't try

I've never encountered a skincare product with sodium metabisulfite like this stuff does, and couldn't even try it because I'm not going to risk an asthma attack triggered by absorbing sulfites through my skin. I don't know why a high end skincare product is using sulfites as an ingredient to begin with.

Nice mask

I received this Perricone MD acne relief calming and soothing clay mask from Bzzagent complimentary. I am a huge fan of clay masks because I feel like they work the best and this one didn't disappoint. Because it contains salicylic acid I only used it on my nose to keep blackheads away. Soothing But Too Early To Tell

I received this sample from BzzAgent in exchange for my honest review. The mask is not too thick and easy to apply. It does not have a fragrance and is designed to help prevent acne. I don't often get pimples but when I do, they tend to be uncomfortable and sometimes leave scars. I left the product on for about 15 minutes then removed with a warm washcloth. The product was easy to remove and while it left my skin a little red after removing, the redness went away fairly quickly. I will try using it again to see long term results.

Cooling and Feels Great

I am so exciting to review my Perricone Acne Relief Calming & Soothing Clay Mask. I've been breaking out recently on my chin and nose so this was perfect timing. The mask felt cooling and had no odor to it. I kept it on for about 20 minutes before rinsing. My acne seems less red and I will continue to use this 2x a week to help my acne.
