Where can Skincare Edit be shipped?

Skincare Edit can only be shipped to customers in the US.

Are any full-sized products included in Skincare Edit?

Yes, every box will include a full-sized product along with a selection of other products in a variety of sizes. For more details on what is included in your Skincare Edit subscription box, click here to see this months box.

What are the cut off dates to receive this month’s box?

The cut-off date to receive the current month’s box varies by month however normally through the 28th of each month you will receive the current month’s box, if not later. Please check the product page before you subscribe for confirmation on which month you will receive.

When will my Skincare Edit box be shipped and when will I be charged each month?

We aim to ship Skincare Edit within the first 5 business days of the month, and as soon as the order is shipped, your payment method will be charged.

How do I change my delivery address?

To make changes to your delivery address, log-in to your account and you’ll see a range of categories at the bottom of the page under ‘Account Settings’. Please be sure to update your information 14 days before your scheduled ship date.

Do I need to order Skincare Edit every month?

No, a subscription to Skincare Edit will send you a box automatically each month of your chosen subscription plan. Once your plan has ended, it will auto renew. 

Can I cancel or delay my subscription?

For Skincare Edit subscriptions, if you choose to cancel it will result in completion at the end of the chosen subscription plan, we will charge and ship all boxes up until this point and then the subscription will not renew.

You can opt-out at any point in your subscription up to the point mentioned above, however your subscription will only end once your term has ended, i.e. if you have a 3-month subscription, and opt-out after your second box, your 3rd box will be your last box which in turn completes your 3-month subscription.

Can I use a promo code with my subscription?

Promo codes cannot be combined with discounts available through the subscription service.

What do I do if I haven’t received my box?

Please contact our customer service team through the account section of our website and we will investigate.
